The successful candidate will have qualifications in estimating, experience in first-principles estimating, especially masonry take-off, and project procedures.
The ability to generate accurate take-offs, showing all necessary attributes requested within the project documentation.
The placement of orders as the project unfolds, liaising with the site foreman, to ensure correct materials make it to the site. Sending relevant SWMS, SDS, ITP, and any other documentation required to suit the project.
You will need extensive experience with Bluebeam, Excel, Word, Google Calendar, and Xero.
