We are currently seeking FEMALE Disability Support Workers to support a friendly male participant living in Traralgon.
The role includes assistance with appointments, grocery shopping, attending the gym/pool, visiting markets, community gardening, participating in social and community programs, general housework (including laundry), meal preparation and cooking, personal care (including showering and urinary straw support), and light gardening. The Male Participant also requires support at the gym and attending hydrotherapy at the pools.

Shifts Available:
* Weekdays 8am to 3pm.
* Weekdays 6pm to 9pm.
* Saturdays 8am to 1pm & Sundays 8am to 12pm.
* Additional shifts may also be available with other Participants allowing you to increase your hours and earnings!
Responsibilities:
* Provide respectful and person-centered support aligned with the participant’s NDIS goals.
* Assist with community access activities such as attending appointments, markets, gym, pool, and social programs.
* Support engagement in community gardens and other outdoor recreational activities.
* Perform domestic tasks including laundry, cleaning, and general housekeeping.
* Assist with meal planning, preparation, and cooking.
* Provide personal care support, including showering and urinary straw assistance.
* Support the participant with gardening and light outdoor tasks .
* Foster independence, social inclusion, and meaningful daily engagement .
* Communicate effectively with the participant, their support team, and LifeFul staff.
* Maintain accurate shift note s and documentation in line with LifeFul’s standards.

Requirements:
* Cert 3 or above in Disability/Aged Care/Individual Support.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in disability or aged care.
* Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance - Due to the Participants mobility needs a larger car with easy access if vital!
* Valid WWCC, NDIS screening and First Aid/CPR).
* Completion or willingness to complete all NDIS Online modules and certification in Manual Handling and Medication.
