We have full‐time positions for Assistant Managers and Shift Supervisors in the Bunbury and Busselton restaurants.

The position

The position will require flexible availability and a willingness to work a mixture of days, nights and weekends to support our guest‐obsessed culture.

Responsibilities

• Providing Safety Leadership through our Work Safe, Home Safe strategy
• Creating a Guest Obsessed Culture within your restaurant
• Leading a high‐performing team, supporting Crew training and development
• Leading your designated shifts in accordance with Hungry Jack's guidelines and standards
• Building the brand via effective business planning execution
• Managing the business to ensure each shift achieves profit goals
• Championing change, ensuring your people are engaged and change is sustainable
• Continuing your own self‐development as you grow in the role

Salary range: Starting from $68,000
