About the Role
This position plays a critical role in leading and owning all Centre activities to optimize performance and ensure adherence to clinical governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* To support the Regional Operations Manager with opening new centres across the region, ensuring operational efficiency and high standards of customer service are met.
* To lead commercial needs, overseeing client contacts, business relationships, and driving profitable growth through innovation while keeping customers at the centre of operations.
* To drive operational efficiency by effectively utilizing resources and efficient scheduling to maximize business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Healthcare management experience; mental health experience desirable but not essential.
2. Prior experience working in onsite corporate healthcare with strong leadership skills for large teams people management including evidence of ability to engage motivate employees.
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills for interacting employees colleagues customers corporate clients. Strong problem solving project management IT proficiency Microsoft office systems.
