Your General Responsibilities Will Be To
Manage/Assist with Key Customers' Fire Service NeedsInstallation, Modification, Commissioning, and repair of Fire Detection, Warning Systems, Smoke Alarms & Emergency / Exit lightsSurvey customer premises and recommend fire protection and safety systems and equipment.Manage and maintain all assigned company property, including documents, tools, equipment, vehicles, product, etc.Report work progress and performance by completing productivity / key performance indicator (KPI) reportsComply with all company policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with our clients' needs. Attend all scheduled training programs. In-house training to be provided to the successful candidateMaintain best-in-class customer serviceTechnical Assistance/backup for On Call Technicians
