About the Role
This position is based in Papua New Guinea and reports directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and execute strategic marketing plans.
* Develop and manage annual marketing budgets.
* Negotiate contracts with advertising agencies and monitor performance metrics.
* Foster strong relationships with media outlets and suppliers.
* Ensure all marketing activities align with the company calendar.
* Analyze and adjust press releases and promotional materials.
* Implement and enforce marketing policies and procedures.
* Present marketing analysis to support business initiatives.
* Collaborate on Corporate Social Responsibility Program proposals.
* Review and improve marketing processes annually.
* Lead and mentor team members for professional growth and development.
* Analyze survey data for pricing strategies.
* Collaborate with managers on product launches and promotions.
* Adjust monthly reports and publish website articles.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
* 5+ years of senior marketing experience, with 3+ years in supervisory or management roles.
* Experience working in the Automotive industry is highly regarded.
* Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and financial planning expertise.
* Ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendors.
* Excellent organizational and planning abilities to meet goals and objectives.
* Proficient in report writing and project management.
* Knowledge of marketing principles and statistical analysis.
* Strong leadership and team building skills.
