Rigger/Crane Operator – Asset Management Team
Location: Port Pirie, South Australia
Roster: 5/4 Days Only (4 days on/5 off, 5 on/4 off, 5 on/5 off). Residential position with twice‐weekly full weekends off.
Job overview: Nyrstar Port Pirie seeks a Rigger/Crane Operator to join our Asset Management team. This role ensures the safety and efficiency of site operations in a community‐focused environment.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience Essential
* Current valid intermediate rigging (RI) licence or willingness to obtain
* Current valid non‐slewing crane (CN) licence
* Current valid elevated work platform (WP) licence
* Current valid forklift (LF) licence
* Current valid bridge & gantry crane (CB) licence
Desirable
* Current valid tower crane operator (CT) licence
* Current valid scissor lift yellow card licence
* Experience in the mining/resources industry or similar
* Experience in mobile crane operations
* Five years or more demonstrated rigging experience
Key Responsibilities
* Perform rigging and crane operations under HRL terms and conditions.
* Assist maintenance teams with lifting work.
* Operate mobile and tower cranes as per CN and CT licences.
* Work safely and in compliance with all Site Safety Procedures.
