Job Description Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial goals are met.
Monitor and report on financial performance and variances.
Oversee month-end and year-end financial reporting activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Support the preparation of funding and grant applications.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant A successful Management Accountant should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA or CA.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach to improving financial processes.
Previous experience in the not-for-profit sector is advantageous.
