Ferngrove Pharmaceuticals Australia is a TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) licensed Contract Manufacturing facility, specializing in complementary medicines and health food products, all manufactured under strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines. The company is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join us in our head office on a permanent full-time basis. If you're a marketing-savvy self-starter with the communication skills and the research skills and persistence to figure out anything you're given, then this is the position for you.
Duties and responsibilities of the position:
* Identify market opportunities and advise on the development, coordination and implementation of plans promoting the company's products;
* Determine the market for new products and identify and develop market opportunities;
* Drafting and developing marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and relevant campaigns;
* Writing and proofreading marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
* Develop new and enhance existing business relationships with local and overseas suppliers;
* Initiate strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms;
* Keep up with e-commerce marketing trends and advise on new channels and approaches to adopt;
* Evaluate and reviewing marketing campaigns and report to management.
Skills and experience required:
* Tertiary education in marketing, business or related field
* English and Mandarin bilingual language skills are essential
* Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing role;
* Strong organisational and time management skills;
* In-Depth knowledge of current marketing trends and processes, especially good understanding of the Chinese market and consumers;
* Understanding and ability to apply digital marketing methods;
* Ability to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to marketing challenges;
* Ability to work individually as well as contribute to a team;
* Strong internal and external relationship management skills.
