SO WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS?
We aim to create a smooth and transparent recruitment process by clearly communicating each stage along the way.
Below are the timelines for our recruitment process:
* Review of applications and phone screening (week beginning 4th May 2026)
* Communication of phone screening outcomes to candidates (week beginning 11th May 2026)
* First virtual or face to face interviews with key leadership personnel (week beginning 11th May 2026)
* Second interviews with strategic planning panel (week beginning 18th May 2026)
* Reference checks, offers & contracts (week beginning 25th May 2026)
* Communication of outcomes to unsuccessful candidates & feedback (week beginning 1st June 2026)
