About the Role
This key leadership position plays a critical role in driving business performance, improving financial outcomes, and overseeing support functions.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll be the primary financial advisor to the business, providing trusted insights, managing the end-to-end finance function, and partnering with internal stakeholders to identify and execute improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage financial governance, planning, reporting and analysis across the business
* Provide strategic advice to the Executive team to support growth and operational excellence
* Develop and present annual budgets, forecasts, and business cases for key initiatives
* Oversee procurement, administration, and other non-clinical departments to ensure efficiency and performance
