About the Role:
This is a full-time position based at our Albury site. You will be responsible for working with clients to identify their strengths and building skills that improve life outcomes. You will engage in meaningful conversations to define job aspirations and tackle employment obstacles head-on.
You will assist clients with job search strategies, including application preparation and interview techniques. You will also explore diverse career pathways and coordinate activities for seamless career transitions.
Foster strong partnerships with employers to match the right talent with the right opportunities. Provide crucial support to both employers and employees during the critical early stages of employment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
No prior experience in employment services? No problem! We provide comprehensive training. What we require is your enthusiasm, positive energy, and a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
As a valued team member, you will adapt quickly, collaborate effectively, and bring solid administrative and time management skills to the table. A valid Working with Children and National Police Check are required.
