**Meet your Inspiring Leader**

Hi, my name is Tim. I'm the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager at hipages with close to 10 years of marketing automation & growth marketing experience. I started as a specialist and transitioned through to a Senior Manager in my time here. You'll find me working alongside most functions within the business, driving a great customer experience at the top of my priorities.

I'm passionate about leadership, and ensuring people feel their best and often spend time doing extra learning in this space. If there's one thing about me, it's that I'm an individual. You'll find me running, surfing, paddle boarding, or playing golf and tennis in my spare time.

**Your Opportunity**

The Tradie Lifecycle Marketing Executive is an integral role for delivering the value of hipages to the tradie and driving business outcomes. You'll be breaking down tradie pain-points, identifying new opportunities and executing on online and offline channels to engage and retain our tradies. You'll be the trusted voice of the tradie, working with and reporting back to multiple business units to ensure that we are delivering a great customer experience across all touch-points in the tradie lifecycle.

**How you will add value**:

- Work closely with the Trade Marketing team to identify gaps in the tradie lifecycle and build a roadmap to execute initiatives that will help deliver on the Tradie Engagement & Retention OKRs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional streams to drive adoption and engagement of new product solutions through integrated Go-to-Market strategies.
- Lead product positioning and messaging across website, lifecycle and additional campaigns, ensuring this positioning is maintained across all touchpoints
- Demonstrate a strong experimentation skillset and share results regularly with key stakeholders, while identifying the need for improvements in lifecycle programs to further drive growth.

**About You**:

- You are passionate about the customer experience, and excited to help tradies find value through the hipages business so they can meet their business goals.
- Passion, curiosity, and proactivity to continuously improve, exploring every opportunity to achieve greater outcomes for our customers.
- 2+ years of customer marketing experience - automation, lifecycle comms, multi-channel initiatives and personalised campaigns.
- Understanding of the customer lifecycle and important moments within it.
- Experimental mindset, ability to monitor and measure effectiveness of your campaigns
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and build effective relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - both written and verbal.

**What success looks like in this role**

In the first 3 months you will have:

- Quickly get up to speed on the roadmap and strategy for the business
- Has demonstrated a sound understanding of our marketing automation and BI technology
- Executed on the Q1/Q2 Go-to-market strategy for our payments/bundling solution
- Worked closely with the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to understand key areas to drive further adoption and cross-sell opportunities for FY23
- Enhanced our current lifecycle programs to help meet the Engagement and Retention FY23 OKRs

In the first 6 months you will have:

- A strong experimentation approach to the work, showcasing valuable insights about which activities worked/did not work and the critical next steps to drive future growth
- Has developed their core relationships within the cross-functional streams and become a key contributor to the respective streams marketing planning and strategy
- Uncovered additional methods of utilising
