We're looking for experienced support workers to provide consistent, high-quality care to a woman in her 50s living independently at home. Shifts run a mix of 3 hours available mornings and evenings, as well as inactive overnights — so you choose what works for you. From $43.23/hr First Aid Allowance What the role involves: Ceiling hoist transfers Bowel and catheter care support Medication assistance Personal care and daily living support Full training is provided by our RN-led team, and you're paid for every hour of it. You'll be a great fit if you: Have a background in personal care, disability, or a clinical/health field Are reliable, respectful, and comfortable supporting someone in their own home Can follow care plans carefully and communicate well Hold (or are working toward) your NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid (HLTAID011), and a current driver's licence.
