Job Role
The Support Worker will be responsible for providing daily living assistance such as eating, dressing, bathing and grooming.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support clients in accordance with their NDIS plans
* Assist clients with daily living activities
* Provide transportation assistance
* Offer respite care to clients and their families
* Provide overnight/sleepover care
* Assist with medication administration
* Maintain accurate records of clients' care plans and progress
Essential Requirements
* A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
* Certificate 3 in individual support or higher qualification
* Experience working with people with disabilities
* Strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
