About the Role
As our F&I Business Manager, you will play a key role in helping customers secure tailored finance and insurance solutions for their new vehicle. With your strong communication skills and customer-first approach, you will guide clients through the process with transparency and care while ensuring compliance and achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Present and explain finance, warranty, and insurance options to customers in a clear and professional manner.
* Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Ensure all finance and insurance applications comply with regulatory and company standards.
* Work closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities and achieve targets.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every stage of the purchase process.
