The Lumus team in Knox private hospital is looking for a full-time receptionist working adaptable shifts between 6:30 am – 10:00 pm, including weekends and public holidays. This role provides customer services to patients and support to referring doctors and is the first point of contact for all patients.
Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service and care, including greeting patients at the front desk, and handling incoming telephone calls.
- Performing general clerical duties.
- Efficiently managing patient records with exceptional data entry skills.
- Maintaining courteous communication with other receptionists, referring doctors, and medical professionals.
- Handling billing and banking tasks related to Medicare, DVA, health funds, and work cover.
