What you'll be doing
We're looking for an experienced Server Infrastructure and Virtualisation Engineer who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer support while creating secure, scalable environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and Maintain our clients UCS and Nutanix infrastructure
* Support and Maintain our clients VMware systems
* Provide advice and guidance on capacity\performance and CSI options to our clients.
Working Conditions
* Based in Belconnen, ACT
* Permanent full time
* Australian Citizen with NV1 Security Clearance
Requirements Mandatory
* 5+ years in supporting infrastructure solutions.
* Strong skills in CISCO UCS server infrastructure, Nutanix and VMware.
* Experience with Veeam backup
* Experience with Dell server Hardware
* Understanding of ISM controls and security best practices.
* Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.
* Experience in mentoring Junior staff
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Desirable
* Skills in Azure, EntraID, Active Directory, Windows Server, RHEL, NetApp, Manage Engine, Veeam
* Relevant Certifications (CISCO/VMware)
