We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Associate to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for driving and assisting in the origination and execution of investment banking deals.
* Responsibilities:
* Originate and execute investment banking deals;
* Organize and prepare marketing materials, industry updates, and analysis;
* Lead on valuation including development of financial models and transaction execution;
* Support client relationship management;
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of Investment Banking experience within Australia;
* Minimum 3 years of experience within Infrastructure and General Industrials Sector;
* Minimum 3 years of experience with M&A transactions;
* Self-starter who is able to drive projects and workstreams;
* Advanced financial modeling and financial analytical skills;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Good presentation skills and PowerPoint skills;
* The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines;
* A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork, including guiding junior analysts;
* A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts;
