We're looking for a reliable General Hand to join our hands-on workspace in Toowoomba, supporting sampling, dispatch, and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for parents or carers looking for school-friendly hours in a positive, welcoming environment, while also being well suited to uni or TAFE students who want flexible work and exposure to a real-world creative business.
Role Description
You'll be part of a small, friendly team working in a creative production environment. Your core focus will be assisting with wallpaper sample preparation and packing orders for dispatch, helping ensure our products are sent out to customers around Australia and the world.
As you settle into the role, there's room to get involved in other areas of the business depending on your interests and experience. This could include assisting with customer service, administration, accounts, HR, or design-related tasks. The role offers variety, hands-on work, and the opportunity to contribute to a globally expanding design brand - all within school and study friendly hours.
Hours

Pay

Key Duties
* Assisting with wallpaper sample preparation
* Packing and dispatching customer orders
* General factory and production support
* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
* Assisting with customer service tasks as required

About You
* Reliable, punctual, and hands-on

* Uni or TAFE students welcome (particularly those studying accounting, business, HR, graphic design, or interior design)
* No prior experience required - full training provided
