The Role
Reporting to the
Head of Supply Chain
, this
12-month fixed term contract role (Melbourne based)
will support the Reddy Express Supply Chain team by performing administrative and analytical tasks using MS and SCM package systems.
You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of master data across supply chain systems, enabling compliant orders to reach vendors on time, and supporting Accounts Payable to ensure vendors are paid promptly. You will also play a key role in the roll-out of the OTR National DC project by supporting the Project Implementation Lead with analytical and operational tasks. Additionally, you will deputise for Supply & Demand Planners during leave periods.
This role supports stakeholders across VER Supply Chain, Operations, CWS, and Merchandising teams, contributing to a business with annual sales revenue of $1.1b.
Responsibilities
As a
Supply Chain Analyst
, you will:
* Produce weekly and daily supply chain reports for stakeholders across and outside of the OTR team.
* Work with Accounts Payable to ensure timely vendor payments and resolve non-compliant invoice issues.
* Maintain product master data within the Blue Yonder system and ensure alignment with other systems.
* Monitor purchase order automation (POA) failures, identify root causes, and engage stakeholders to resolve.
* Ensure vendors receive orders within expected timeframes by monitoring process flow across systems.
* Support the Project Implementation Lead in managing master data and assisting with warehouse roll-out activities.
* Support Supply & Demand Planners with store queries and master data–related issues, acting as holiday relief when required.
* Produce daily proposed order reports for supply partners and weekly reports for the Head of Supply Chain.
About You

* Experience in change management, process improvement, and training delivery.
* Excellent communication skills with a drive to improve procedures and deliver outcomes under tight deadlines.
