As a Relationship Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with our Customer Ownership Strategy.
In this role, you will provide a local customer-owned banking experience to new and existing customers, proactively connect customer needs to our offerings through excellent listening skills, complete our Lending Accreditation program to assist members with their personal and home lending needs, and manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to our customers.

* Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions.
* Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the customer.
