They are looking for an Administration Coordinator to join their Wetherill Park team located in Sydney.
The role:
Opportunity to provide daily administration support to the management team.
Providing administrative support
Daily KPI reports
Ad-hoc engagements and responsibilities
Booking meetings and maintaining records
New vendor forms
Raising purchase orders
Scheduling
General filing, archiving and bookkeeping
Provide support to the Senior management team
About you:
Previous experience with financial administration is essential
Attention to detail
Exceptional administration and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Confident and professional
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
Able to solve problems and generate solutions
