At PACS, we're proud to deliver the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) Community Nursing Program – helping veterans and their families stay independent, safe, and supported at home.
About the Role
As part of our team, you will:
* Provide personal care, companionship, and support that truly makes a difference.
* Assist veterans to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life at home.
* Support with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and light domestic assistance.
* Offer encouragement, emotional support, and social connection.
* Work alongside a supportive nursing and care team, with guidance provided.
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability, or Home & Community) or equivalent experience.
* A caring nature and genuine passion for working with veterans.
* Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
* Current CPR, First Aid and Police Check.
* A valid driver's license and reliable transport.
