Job Title: Purchasing Coordinator
1. The successful candidate will ensure all orders are processed and delivered on time, meeting the required specifications.
2. In close collaboration with port agents, we strive to secure the best prices and services for our products sourced locally at ports.
3. To guarantee timely deliveries of purchased goods, it is crucial to share advance purchasing vessel specifications in a timely manner.
4. Our Purchasing Team works closely with manufacturers/suppliers to rectify any issues arising from undelivered or damaged stock as per ordered quantities.
5. Quality assurance involves working together with suppliers and vessels regarding quality control measures including credits raised for relevant stock isolated due to foreign body issues.
