Chermside office, this role combines medical secretary duties, operational coordination, and on-site clinic support.
Responsibilities
* Uploading and lodging medical records and Medicare claims
* Collecting patient histories and assessments (training provided)
* Collecting payments and instalments
* CRM management and patient workflow tracking
* Coordinating clinics on operating days, including patient flow
* Staff rostering, logistics, stock and equipment management
* Driving a car or van as required
Requirements
Strong organisational skills, professionalism, ability to manage complex logistics, and confidence liaising with busy professionals. Medical or admin experience desirable but not essential.
