Business Support Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Support professional to join our team based in Adelaide on a permanent full-time basis.
About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, working with technicians on scheduling and invoicing, and providing a high level of customer service as the first point of contact via phone and email.
You will also be required to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy while performing tasks such as invoicing using a CRM system and setting up appointments for customers. Additionally, you will need to respond to customer enquiries and arrange necessary non-standard service calls.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide exceptional customer service, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction, loyalty, and responding to queries related to their bookings.
2. Demonstrate experience in customer service, including displaying empathy and active listening skills.
3. Work to deadlines, KPIs, and meet targets while working independently and as part of a team.
4. Achieve outcomes while maintaining confidentiality, tact, and discretion.
Requirements
* Experience in working as Business Support, Administration, or Coordinator is essential.
* Capable of reading plans and possessing basic construction knowledge or similar experience is advantageous.
* Proficient with communicating verbally and electronically, and able to work calmly under pressure while multitasking.
