The opportunity
You will gain hands on experience across a diverse range of commercial and property matters, including:
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
* Advising on corporate structuring, business sales and acquisitions, governance, joint ventures and service arrangements.
* Working on innovative projects in affordable housing, infrastructure and community development.
* Collaborating with partners and senior lawyers on complex, impactful transactions.
About you
* 2-4 years' PAE in commercial law (property and corporate experience highly regarded).
* Strong drafting, analytical and problem solving skills.
* A client-focused, solutions oriented mindset.
* An enthusiasm for collaboration, learning and growth.
