Senior Planning Role
This is a permanent full-time position based in our Head Office in Perth, with some ad-hoc site travel as required.
About the Job
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced projects Senior Planner to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Pre-Contracts Manager, you will support team members and projects as required in the delivery of planning and project control requirements.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Preparation of tender programs for civil works up to $100m.
* Preparing and supporting client and internal reporting.
* Ascertaining program risks and developing recovery measures with the project team.
* Developing EOT programs and narratives.
* Supporting the project team in developing and measuring short-term programs and progress.
* Measuring and managing KPIs.
* Understanding and supporting project costs as required.
* Forecasting both cost and time.
About You
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or similar related field.
* 5-10 years relevant experience working on Civil Engineering infrastructure projects.
* Previous onsite experience in Civil Construction or similar environment beneficial.
* Proactive self-starter with the ability to work efficiently under own initiative.
* Proven Planning and scheduling experience with demonstrated proficiency with Primavera P6.
* Experience working with schedule change management & sound Planning capabilities.
* Proficient in the use and application of MS Office suite.
