About the Role
* Assist with installing and commissioning filling and packaging equipment at customer sites
* Troubleshooting, inspecting and identifying equipment issues
* Able to perform preventive maintenance
* Providing technical support for part sales, service and maintenance work for internal staff and customers
* Communicate and update appropriate customer operations on maintenance activities and other technical issues to maintain good relationship with customers
About You
An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated and experienced Field Service Technician to join our Krones Pacific team.
* Technical qualification in Mechanical Trade or relevant tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum two years of experience in the food & beverage industry is preferred
* Willingness to travel extensively in Australia, New Zealand and Overseas
* Prior experience in working in multinational teams is preferred
* Proficiency in English, with strong reporting and documentation skills.
* Hold a current Drivers Licence
