CHGA Windows & Doors is a well-established and reputable glazing company based in Caloundra. We specialise in high-quality aluminum windows, doors, screens, showers, mirrors and wardrobe doors. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, reliability, and strong relationships with builders and homeowners across the Sunshine Coast.
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our small, close-knit team. This is a key role within the business, supporting day-to-day operations and working closely with our directors, internal office staff and on-site tradesmen.
About the Role
This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
* Invoicing and following up overdue accounts
* Scheduling on-site tradesmen
* Liaising with customers and builders to coordinate site visits, installations and deliveries
* Creating and maintaining documents (Canva and Microsoft Office)
* Answering phone calls and responding to walk-in and website enquiries
* Filing, scanning and archiving documents
* Document creation and updating company records
* Assisting Directors with daily operational and administrative tasks
* General day to day office & reception duties
* Scheduling and liaison with factory staff
* Sales and administrative support
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Required (please don't apply if you don't meet the required criteria)
* Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role (required)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional phone manner
* Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail
* Well versed in using Microsoft Office suite
Advantageous
* Experience using Xero (highly regarded)
* Experience using ServiceM8 (highly regarded)
* Previous experience in the glass/glazing or construction industry (preferred)
