YOUR ROLE
CEVA Logistics is transitioning operations from our current Hazelmere facility to a brand-new warehouse nearby — and we're looking for several experienced Casual Storepersons (Reach Forklift Operators) to support this move.
These casual roles will commence progressively from mid-December through early January, with engagement expected through to late March or early April.
You'll support day-to-day warehouse activities during this transition period, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality operations as we ramp up activity at our new site.
* Rate: $37.56 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) + 14.25% super
* Roles are offered under the CEVA Logistics & TWU National Enterprise Agreement.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:
* Operate reach forklifts safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse
* Use RF scanners to pick, put away, replenish and complete inventory tasks
* Load, unload, move, stack and stage palletised freight
* Follow all work instructions, SOPs and safety requirements
* Assist with stock rotation, cycle counts and general warehouse duties
* Support the transition activities between the old and new Hazelmere sites
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You'll have hands‑on warehouse experience and confidence operating reach fork trucks in a busy environment. Safety, reliability and teamwork are essential. We will also value:
* A current and valid LF licence with proven reach forklift experience
* Experience using RF scanners and following structured work instructions
* Strong awareness of OHS standards and commitment to safe work practices
* Good communication, accuracy and reliability
* Flexibility to work during peak transition periods.
As part of our recruitment process, you must complete a pre‑employment medical questionnaire/assessment and national police check, and provide proof of work rights.
