Chandler Macleod is looking for an experienced Rates & Business Enablement Lead. This role combines hands‐on operational expertise with people leadership, playing a critical role in enabling accurate rates, contracts and data across FT360 and UKG, while consistently delivering against Service Level Agreements. You'll help protect the business through strong compliance and data integrity, while continuously improving service quality and internal customer experience.
About the Role
* Lead and manage the Business Enablement team to consistently achieve daily, weekly and monthly SLAs
* Coach, develop and support team members to build capability and drive a high‐performance culture
* Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive operational issues, owning resolution end‐to‐end
* Oversee client setup, amendments, contracts and rate templates across FT360 and UKG
* Manage rate calculations, validations and award/EBA increases in line with delegated authority
* Ensure accurate pay notes, billing instructions and contract records are maintained
* Maintain strong data integrity across client, contract and rate records
* Partner with internal stakeholders to support efficient service delivery and excellent customer experiences
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives, work instructions and audit readiness
About You
* Proven experience leading teams in high‐volume, process‐driven operational environments
* A hands‐on leadership style, with strong coaching and mentoring
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, scripting)
* Visual Basic Language capability to support process efficiency and reporting
* Experience with FastTrack360 desirable
* Experience with UKG or other rostering and time & attendance systems
