IEPro are working with several respected civil contractors to recruit experienced Project Managers or Senior Project Engineers with DTMR experience looking to take the step up, for road infrastructure projects across Queensland.
These opportunities span both South East Queensland and FIFO positions on regional road packages, offering engineers and project managers the chance to work on technically strong transport infrastructure projects.
The contractors involved have established delivery teams, strong project systems, and secured pipelines of DTMR work and are looking to resource their teams for upcoming projects.
The Opportunity
As Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering road infrastructure projects in accordance with DTMR standards, ensuring safety, quality, program, and commercial objectives are consistently achieved.
You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to drive successful project outcomes.
The Role
In this role, you will:
* Lead or support delivery of DTMR road infrastructure projects
* Interpret and implement DTMR specifications and technical requirements
* Manage project programming, resourcing, and sequencing
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and delivery teams
* Monitor safety, quality, and environmental compliance
* Manage RFIs, project documentation, and reporting
* Support commercial outcomes including variations and cost control
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
About You
To succeed, you will bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related discipline
* Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer on civil infrastructure works
* Strong understanding of DTMR specifications and reporting requirements
* Background in roadworks, pavements, drainage, and transport infrastructure
* Strong commercial awareness and contract management capability
* Clear leadership and communication skills
* A practical and delivery-focused approach
