Located in Warragul, Grace Berglund Kindergarten is a small Exceeding-rated kindergarten with a close-knit team that provides a warm, community-focused program that reflects the values of our local families. This role would suit an educator who enjoys building strong relationships and bringing creativity and connection to a small team environment.

As part of Victoria's largest Early Years Management provider, we're proud to support over 93 services and 700+ educators across the state who inspire, nurture, and empower young learners every day. We're now seeking a Part Time – Fixed Term Diploma-qualified Educator — or someone who's currently working toward their qualification — to join our passionate team and make a real difference in children's lives. This role is currently available from the beginning of Term 1 to the end of Term 2, with the potential for opportunities to become available beyond Term 2.
Qualifications
In this hands-on, rewarding role, you'll:
* Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning programs
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your teaching team
* Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments that inspire curiosity
* Collaborate with educators and teachers to deliver high-quality early learning experiences
What You'll Bring
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
* A strong enthusiasm for working with children and a commitment to ongoing learning
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
* Great teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
