Our business relies on reliable and efficient IT systems to drive business performance. We are looking for a Junior level IT Support Engineer to join our IT team and be the ‘first point’ of contact for Oceania users. About the Role
Join our friendly IT Support team and gain hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies. Reporting to the Support Team Leader, you'll be part of a supportive environment where learning is encouraged.
What you will do:
Deliver Level 1 support through phone, email, tickets, and in-person assistance, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other company hardware. Support and manage systems like Windows, iOS, Android, Active Directory, SharePoint, Office 365, VPN, Citrix, MS Teams, and OneNote
Participate in compliance processes required for application permissions and promotions, back-up and batch processing checks.
Maintain technical documentation
Escalate complex issues when needed
About the Successful Candidate
