Educational Leader & Diploma Qualified Educators

About the Role
As a Diploma Educator, you will:
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
* Plan and implement engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
* Support children's wellbeing, development and inclusion
* Work collaboratively within a supportive team
* Contribute to a positive, respectful and professional centre culture
As our new Educational Leader you will:
* Lead and support educators to deliver high-quality, reflective practice
* Guide curriculum planning in line with the EYLF, NQS and best practice
* Mentor and coach educators through observation, feedback and professional learning
* Support compliance, documentation and continuous improvement
* Work closely with the Centre Coordinator and leadership team to strengthen culture and outcomes
About You
You:
* Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or are working towards completion)
* Have a genuine love for working with children
* Are reliable, warm, and team-focused
* Understand the EYLF and National Quality Framework
* Hold (or are willing to obtain) Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
