What's the role?
As a People Partner, you'll connect business and financial priorities with practical people solutions, using data and insight to anticipate workforce risks and strengthen organisational performance. You'll work closely with Heads of People, Senior People Partners, Centres of Expertise and shared services to deliver integrated outcomes across workforce planning, organisational design and change.
What will I be accountable for?
* Acting as a trusted partner to divisional leaders, aligning people strategies with business and financial objectives.
* Applying commercial and strategic insight to translate business objectives into pragmatic, risk‐aware people strategies that drive performance and sustainable growth.
* Providing sound advice to senior leaders on people‐related matters.
* Coaching and challenging leaders to strengthen leadership capability and accountability.
* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, regulatory requirements, internal policies and governance standards.
* Supporting organisational design, restructuring and change management activities, ensuring minimal risk and disruption.
* Using People insights to inform leader decision‐making.
What do I need?
* Proven experience in a people‐partnering role supporting large, complex portfolios, with depth across one or more of the following environments:
o Business Lending, Business Transaction Banking and/or COO functions
o Consumer COO environments
o Finance and/or Technology functions within a regulated, enterprise setting
* Strategic and commercial thinking, connecting people initiatives to business and financial outcomes.
* Regulatory and people‐risk expertise, supporting confident, compliant decision‐making.
* Organisational design and change leadership, contributing to large‐scale transformation.
* Workforce planning and talent strategy, anticipating capability needs across evolving portfolios.
* Leadership coaching and capability building, strengthening performance, accountability and resilience at senior levels.
