We are built on over 50 years’ experience as industry specialists, and exceptional service is the cornerstone of our business.The OpportunityResponsibilitiesReporting to the NSW Transport Operations Manager, the Transport Operations Co-Ordinator will be accountable for leading a team of company heavy vehicle drivers. This is a key leadership role encompassing all aspects of the operations including, but not limited to, delivering safe operations and the efficient execution of the Transport Plan to ensure business and customer KPIs are met. Other responsibilities will include:Scheduling and forward planning using current systems and processes.Review of jobs and timesheets, waste tracking and the provision of relevant safety documentation and manifests.Engage in timely communications to customers and drivers.Promote, encourage & reinforce the need for transport employees to apply safe work practices and review, action and report unsafe practices.Undertake random and scheduled audits.About YouRequirementsTo be successful, you will have sound knowledge and an in depth understanding of National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme, Heavy Vehicle National Law, Chain of responsibility and road transport compliance requirements.
