In this Administration Assistant role, you will take ownership of a range of day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. You will be a key part of keeping the business running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support, including customer service, appointment scheduling, and stock counting / ordering
* Manage general office administration such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
* Assist with stock management, reporting, and preparation of internal documents
* Answer and respond to incoming phone calls, messages, and emails professionally and promptly
* Liaise with customers and internal team members to ensure smooth communication
* Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* 1–2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role
* Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* A professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and learn new tasks
