An exciting opportunity is now available for a HVAC Service Coordinator to join our Perth based Office.
This role is vital in the dispatch and Coordination of our technicians in the Service Department Team, ensuring all technicians have productive work as well as liaising with clients and technicians regarding work in progress.
The successful applicant will be an integral part of our Service team and contribute to the provision of quality services by being a proactive team member.
Responsibilities:
* Coordination of Service Technicians.
* Reviewing of paperwork and job status.
* Liaising with Clients and technicians.
* Scheduling in repairs and maintenance.
* Quoting, estimating of breakdown work.
* Inventory control of parts & components.
* Supporting the admin team.
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 3 years in a similar role in a Mechanical and/or construction sector (preferred).
* General Understanding of HVAC Systems (advantageous).
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Simpro, Word, Excel.
* Excellent organisation & time management skills.
* Ability to prioritise multiple projects and deadlines.
* High attention to detail.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal.
* You must possess a positive can-do attitude, be a team player, self-driven and highly motivated to succeed.
