Overview
Reporting into the Shared Services Manager and managing a team of six, your remit will be to take ownership over the Accounts Payable function on a national level, acting as the key contact for escalations and as the face of the function to firm leadership.
Responsibilities
Drive a number of change initiatives across the AP function, including a systems enhancement using your project management skills.
Take ownership of the Accounts Payable function on a national level.
Act as the key contact for escalations and the face of the function to firm leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
Extensive experience in Accounts Payable.
Managed multiple staff in an AP and/or shared services environment.
Ideal experience running large, complex and diverse pay-runs and expense management tools.
Outstanding communicator, natural leader, and passion for coaching & mentoring staff.
Proven project management skills.
