About your new role:
The main objective of this role as Construction Site Supervisor is to manage a work sites in which my client is the principal contractor ensuring W H & S obligations are always adhered to and also the below:
- Achieve a high Quality of finish to the building works
- Communicate and negotiate with trades
- Communicate clearly and regularly with both internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate access to properties with owners
- Resolve disputes as required
- Manage OH&S; matters in keeping with legislative, contractual and company requirements
- Obtain all necessary final certificates from trades, engineers and certifiers as required.
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar position/ trade background
- Experience with W H & S and legislative requirements
- Management of sub-contractors
- Must be prepared to travel where necessary
- A current Drivers Licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
