Job Description
This is a Full Time Permanent appointment at 76 hours per fortnight. The role involves working with the Assertive Treatment Team, where you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing recovery-oriented psychosocial support to consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, implement, and evaluate social work services to consumers in the clinical specialty area of Mental Health.
* Coordinate and provide advanced social work clinical practice skills to ensure consumer safety and quality of care.
* Practice as a Senior Social Worker and ensure practice is in accordance with Australian Association of Social Workers Practice Standards and Code of Ethics.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with consumers, families, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, applicants must possess a valid working visa or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Social Work or a related field.
* Post-graduate qualifications or experience in mental health.
* Demonstrated expertise in delivering social work services to individuals and groups.
