Overview
FinXL is seeking a Master Scheduler / PMO Lead to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Government client on a key transformation engagement.
Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive document registers, risk registers, and formal transmittal registers.
- Prepare and issue formal notifications to clients and key stakeholders.
- Drive effective schedule management for large-scale programs.
- Coordinate program governance and reporting activities.
- Support the Project Management Office functions.
- Ensure all program documentation is accurate and controlled.
Key Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience as a Master Scheduler or PMO Lead.
- Working experience with government clients from a vendor/consulting perspective.
- Expert proficiency with MS Project on large-scale programs.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Must hold Australian Citizenship and a current security clearance (Baseline or NV1 ).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex program documentation and registers.
