The Role
SRG Global Asset Care has a career opportunity for an NDT Level 3 located in our Canning Vale, Western Australia office on a permanent full-time basis.
In this key role, you will be at the forefront of high-integrity NDT technical activities, driving quality outcomes and supportung business objectives. You will mentor and coach fellow technicians, contribute to the development of new procedures, and provide technical leadership across the team.
As the NDT Level 3, you'll play a key part in fostering a culture of safety, excellence and continuous improvement. You'll engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and align NDT excellence nationally
including participation in the National NDT Lead Team, travel to branches and project sites, and representation at industry events
* Provide technical leadership and oversight
offering expert guidance, resolving complex NDT issues, and ensuring high-quality reporting, test data and documentation
* Develop and maintain NDT systems and compliance
including procedures, technique sheets, technical bulletins, competency frameworks, audits and equipment calibration
* Drive quality performance and collaboration
managing Balanced Scorecard metrics, liaising with Regional Quality Representatives, supporting corrective actions, and engaging with clients on technical matters
* Mentor and build capability
through training, competency assessments, field audits, and fostering professional growth while upholding safety, quality and compliance standards
The successful applicant will ideally have:
* Required ISO 9712 Level 3 certification in Magnetic Particle, Dye Penetrant, Radiography and Ultrasonic Testing
* Strong technical knowledge of quality systems including implementation of quality management systems, ISO/IEC, NATA accreditation requirements and measurement uncertainty
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with excellent problem-solving, customer service and relationship building abilities
* Advanced certifications such as ISO 9712 Level 3 in Eddy Current, PAUT, TOFD, ASNT (desirable)
* Familiarity with internal competency schemes such as an in-hour SNT-TC-1A program (desirable)
