You will be close to the local community with Waratah village shopping centre, parks including Blackbutt reserve, Newcastle Harbour and local beaches. It consists of 109 beds, with a variety of care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

What will you bring?
* Min Certificate 3 qualification in either; Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
* A passion and energy for world class care
* Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
