Home Collective is as much a place about the services and products as it is about the people.A role with Home Collective offers genuine growth opportunities for long term career development as one of the many benefits of being backed by the ABN Group, Australia's leaders in construction, property and finance.The RoleReporting to the Customer Experience Manager, our Reception and Concierge teams are the first points of contact for staff and visitors to ABN's Leederville office.As part of our Reception and Concierge team, you will be greeting customers and ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed with a customer-focussed, respectful and professional approach.A customer-centric, hospitality-driven attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to guest experience are essential to the success of this role.The successful applicant must be available to work on weekends.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the showroom and officeAnswering and redirecting calls in a professional and efficient mannerProviding a high level of customer service and hospitality at all timesConnecting clients effectively with the most appropriate contact within the buildingManagement of meeting rooms and common areasEnsuring the showroom is maintained and presented to an exceptional standardEstablishing strong working relationships with ABN Group staff across all business unitsGeneral administration and office duties as requiredYouTo be considered for this role, you must possess:Previous experience in delivering a high level of customer service (retail, hotel, airline, or hospitality experience would be highly regarded)Previous experience working in a corporate receptionist role (advantageous but not essential)Experience liaising with a range of stakeholders including ExecutivesExcellent communication skills, including an outstanding telephone mannerExcellent time management and attention to detailGood computer and data entry skillsImmaculate personal presentationExperience with Visitor Management Systems would be highly regardedStrong alignment to ABN Group's values – Authentic, Passion, Leadership, Excellent, Relentless, and FunWhy ABN?We're not just offering a job; we're inviting you to be part of a family that values innovation, passion, and excellence.
