About the opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive the next phase of B2B growth for Custom Plates. Working alongside the Head of Sales, you will deliver an expanded strategy targeting new markets such as fleet, OEMs and sporting organisations. This role focuses on identifying revenue opportunities, launching cutting-edge products and building lasting partnerships that extend beyond traditional dealerships.
You’ll combine strategic insight with hands‑on execution – from developing tailored proposals to closing high‑value deals – while collaborating with sales, marketing and product teams to achieve commercial objectives and deliver sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and execute the B2B strategy with the Head of Sales.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams and partnerships.
- Pursue opportunities across fleet, OEMs and sporting organisations.
- Create tailored proposals and negotiate high‑value deals.
- Drive innovation and explore new sales channels.
- Analyse market trends to inform strategic decisions.
About you
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in executing the B2B strategy for Custom Plates, driving revenue growth and establishing strong partnerships across key sectors. Success in this role requires commercial acumen, strategic thinking and the ability to build long‑term relationships that drive measurable outcomes. The position combines strategic planning, hands‑on sales development and collaboration across teams to achieve business objectives and deliver sustainable growth.
