About The Team

At SAP's Corporate & GROW APAC team, we drive high-impact strategic initiatives across all Market Units in MEE, working at the forefront of innovation and growth. Our mission is to build, manage, and evolve global scale sales motions that align with SAP's strategic priorities and unlock new opportunities in the corporate segment worldwide. We leverage SAP's cutting‐edge platforms and comprehensive solution portfolio to amplify partner capabilities, extend market reach, and accelerate customer success.

As a key member of this regional function, the Accelerated Sales Engagement for Corporate Segment Strategic Scale Sales Motions plays a central role in developing and overseeing global GTM with Strategic alliances that drive SAP's long‐term growth. This role brings an entrepreneurial mindset to a structured global framework, helping SAP and its partners jointly capture value, innovate, and lead transformation in the corporate segment.

YOUR FUTURE POSITION

The Accelerated Sales Engagement Expert, Corporate Segment Strategic Scale Sales Motions is part of SAP's Corporate & GROW Team in APAC and is responsible for the monetization of SAP's most strategic GTM with key regional alliances, including but not limited to Microsoft, Accenture, AWS in Corporate. These partnerships are fundamental to SAP Corporate Segment global go‐to‐market (GTM) success, cloud strategy, and innovation agenda.

This highly visible and influential role engages across board areas and executive levels within SAP and partner organizations to drive global collaboration, enable joint innovation, and deliver measurable business outcomes on the Alliances: specific joint‐GTM initiatives between SAP and Partners working in full alignment with the Partner Business Managers of the specific partners.

Key Responsibilities Include

* Strategic Leadership & Execution
* Drive the design and execution of specific GTM initiatives with Strategic Alliances, establishing clear governance, SalesKPIs, and sales execution that will be documented in AllianceGTM MoUs.
* Align alliance GTM roadmaps to Corporate segment objectives for GROW, AI and public cloud taking into account also regional dynamics.
* For each Alliance, establish clear OKRs (Objectives & KeyResults) between Scale Sales Motions GTM Lead and PBM.
* Market & Partner Ecosystem Development
* Champion a partner first, ecosystem centric approach, driving joint demand generation with strategic alliances partner.
* Work hand‐in‐hand with the PES PBM who keeps ownership of the partner relationship and business plan.
* Build executive relationships that accelerate partner led and digital routes to market in the corporate segment.
* Work hand‐in‐hand with the Private Equity Team to support and strengthen the Private Markets business that delivers pipeline impact and deal closure velocity.
* Identify joint potential GTM collaboration within these Alliances for the Private Market.
* Position Public Cloud as the vehicle to consume Agentic AI at Partners.
* Sales Achievements, Operational Excellence & Performance Monitoring
* Responsible for monthly/quarterly report to the regional Head of Corporate and Global Director of Corporate Segment Strategic Scale Sales Motions of the progress of the Scale Sales Motions, and owns the escalation of critical issues.
* Monitor, track, and report on success metrics, proactively managing risk and removing barriers to success.

YOUR PROFILE

* 8+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development and/or Partner‐facing roles including a track record of working closely with C‐levels and Account Teams of SAP and partner/ customer organizations.
* Proficient knowledge of SAP Intelligent Enterprise offerings and SAP product strategy to the Cloud.
* Able to own, coordinate and deliver programs, end‐to‐end, in a complex setting with external (partner) and internal (multiple SAP organizations) stakeholders within timeline.
* Ability to lead by influence, working with stakeholders from multiple teams and board areas across the SAP and Partner organizations to achieve long‐term objectives.
* Ability to respond and thrive in a fast‐paced, high energy, global team environment, including working with stakeholders in multiple time zones and with diverse cultures.
* Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, strong analytical and strategic problem‐solving skills.
